Without spring and filework, this knife is made exactly as it was originally in the Capucin style (without spring).

With spring and filework design, this knife is equipped with a notched spring system allowing the blade to stay in place.

This knife is handmade in our workshops in Thiers with the greatest care and in the pure tradition. This blade is a historical blade. Created by THIERS-ISSARD and manufactured with old brass rosettes.
